DMR Dirt Wars Kingdom Highlights

After a questionable forecast in the week running up, the sun shone on the 4th round of DMR’s Dirt Wars - seemingly a tradition for the round held at Kingdom, Kent.

The dirt jumps, along with the rest of the trails, had been closed since the venue, formally known as PORC, was taken over earlier in the year. This had meant some serious work had been required to bring the quarry back up to competition standard.

Thankfully all was running smoothly come show time, allowing for the usual high standard riding we’ve come to expect from the FMB Bronze event. The top runs from the pros looked like the following:

1st – Alex Cahill: Decade, Flip bar to late tuck, 360 Tailwhip to late Bar-spin.
2nd – Tom Isted: Tuck no-hander, Double Flip, Superflip.
3rd – Harry Campbell: No-footed x-up to late no-foot can, Frontflip, Backflip one-foot x-up to late can.

Round 5 is taking place September 10th, more information can be found on the Dirt Wars website.
