British Heart Foundation got in touch, keen to share the news about new developments for the South East Coast bike ride 2018. Here's what they had to say...
As organisers of some of the U.K's biggest and best charity Off-Road events, we bring you our newest adventure, the South East Coast MTB, taking place on Sunday 29th July 2018.
Picturesque coastal scenes, adrenaline pumping forest trails and epic cliffs to climb - this visually stunning ride showcases the best of East Sussex.
Choose from a beginner friendly 20 mile route, an intermediate 38 mile ride or a 55 mile challenge that features some tricky, technical riding that will put more experienced mountain bikers to the test. All of which will enjoy the world class support on offer by a BHF team with years of experience of running MTB events, not to mention the brilliant atmosphere and camaraderie our rides are famous for. We are asking 650 cyclists to take on this challenge, so grab your friend, pick a route and get ready for a great day out!
Completely planned, organised and managed by the British Heart Foundation, this event exists in order to raise funds for our life saving research. Research that will, one day, put a stop to the devastation caused by heart disease.
Entries for the South East Coast off-Road Bike Ride are now open.
Entry fees: £20.00 (Adults – 16 years and over only)
